Refunds:
All sales final. No refunds for online orders or phone orders.

Ticket Delivery:
Once your online order is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you with confirmation of your order within 24 hours. If your order is made by phone, the tickets will be at Will Call under the name of the person whom made the order.
